How Modern Hydraulic Lifts Are Cost-Effective & Efficient?

In the midst of epidemic COVID-19 surge, people seek reliability and highly effective measures to continue their normal life. Although doctors and frontline workers are doing their best to prevent the spread and treated positive people, the manufacturers of Coronavirus-related products and hospital products are also putting their all efforts to manufacture, design and offer required high-quality products and equipment within a window of time.

Working towards the same end as others, Hydraulic lifts manufacturers are also designing new hospital elevators equipped with special people and goods safety measures and no noise creation feature, making it one of the extremely cost-effective and highly-efficient choice. These lifts do not require often services and in fact, their installation and operational costs are very low relatively. Their manufacturers and producers are joining hands to support public and their bank balance, save economy and nurture public safety and health by manufacturing real cost-effective lifts of all time.

Apart from hospital lifts, these Hydraulic Lifts are extensively used in wide applications, including goods lifts or cargo lifts (used for lifting heavy loads between floors in industries, construction areas etc.), vehicle lifts (used in garages for lifting car, truck, motor cycle for repair, cleaning, washing, servicing etc.), passenger lifts (used in hospitals, residential buildings, commercial buildings etc.) and goods-passenger lifts. All these hydraulic elevators function over hydraulic mechanism. Let’s discuss how do these lifts function.

Working principle of Hydraulic Lifts
The main components of these type of lifts are piston within a cylinder, oil reservoir or tank, pump, motor (to drive the pump) and a valve (to be opened and closed). The basic working principle is: When valve is closed, the pump pushes the pressurized fluid from the reservoir into the cylinder (jack lifting system) that powers the piston to travel upward (which pushes the lift up). When the valve is closed, oil flows back into the reservoir prompting the piston carrying the lift go back to its original position.

The Hydraulic Lifts can have single cylinder that is capable of loading and lifting weights from 1000 kg up to 10,000 kg, or double cylinder that is capable of lifting load from 10000 kg up to 90000 kg, making it an ideal, reliable and highly effective choice to be installed in hospitals, residential buildings, automotive, construction, shipping, mining, retail industries and waste removal industries. These lifts are effective means of raising and lowering passenger, goods and equipment of low weight of heavy weight.

How Hydraulic Lifts ensure your 100% safety?
We all want to live to the fullest with healthy mindset and to encourage that we need to be careful at every step, whether struggling like corona warriors or passing through middle-life crisis. A life is a the most precious thing alive in this world. Hydraulic Lifts make sure to protect your precious life using modern and high-level technologies such as:-
  • Manual lowering after power cut-off
  • Built-in emergency power-off button
  • Medical emergency service
  • Emergency power systems: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) at times of power blackout
  • Sensors to detect fire, fume or gas leak
  • Fire alarm button
  • Remote access control
  • Interlocking gates to prevent door opening at incorrect position
  • Electric shock protection device
  • Overload sensor
Advantages of Hydraulic Lifts
Apart from being highly cost-effective and efficient choice, these Hydraulic lifts offer numbers of advantages to make it a complete beneficial package: Such advantages include:-
  • Cheaper to install, operate with low maintenance cost as compared to electric or semi-electric lifts.
  • These occupy very less space in a space of building.
  • Ability to life up to 90000 kg weighing loads from one to another floor, as hydraulic power offers excellent lifting strength.
  • No requirement of an overhead machine room as the load of these lifts is distributed to load-bearing walls.
  • Remote machine room (optional).
These advantages are enormously useful at this current time when the whole world is struggling with COVID-19 surge and economic loss. What is better than saving plenty of money yet utilizing a premium-grade Hydraulic Lift housing new-generation technology. Make a bright, economical and eco-friendly choice this year.
